How to use |
As for flavoring products, for powder, first make the product to a paste with some water, dilute it as required quantity. As for liquid, dilute the product as required quantity with water or Oil. As for salting vegetable, dry the vegetable after salting it, mix the pigments with ten times or 20 times water or spicy wine thoroughly. While mixing the vegetable, spraying on it is colored thoroughly. Then add other ingredients and seasonings. As for flavoring soup product, desalting the vegetable after salting it. Add the pigments in the thin salting water, 100kg vegetable with 10g pigments. The thin salting water can be reused. Add 5-10g pigments next time. The product will go bad for microbial growth if it is kept for a long time without being used. The confected solution must be used up within 12 hours. |
